Nicaragua Finca La Escondida (200g)

Located near Lake Apanas near the city of Jinotega, the word Escondida means "hidden" in Spanish. At La Escondida, coffee cherries are hand-picked at their peak of ripeness and then transported to the Don Esteban dry mill. Red Pacamara tends to have aromas of orange and is wonderfully balanced by its creamy, thick mouthfeel.
