Ethiopia Gesha Village Gaylee - Omni Roast (100g)

This coffee is produced by Adam Overton and Rachel Samuel after studying under William Boot. Named after its source of discovery, this pest- and disease-resistant variety rivals the highly sought-after Gesha with its distinctive floral and vibrant zesty citrus notes, set apart by a thick, syrupy body reminiscent of actual maple syrup. For our first time working with this variety, we chose a traditional washed process to let its true character shine through—have fun exploring it!
